Terms and Conditions
Effective October 2, 2026, the NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025 will apply to new offers and agreements from EQwise. For agreements entered into prior to that date, the terms and conditions provided with that agreement will remain in effect until the next renewal; you will be notified of this in advance.
The NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025 are industry-wide terms and conditions for ICT suppliers and their customers, filed by NLdigital with the Midden-Nederland District Court, Utrecht location.

The agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will, in principle, be resolved through arbitration by the Stichting Geschillenoplossing Automatisering, with the option of ICT mediation and, in cases involving the subdistrict court, the subdistrict court judge.
