Off the top of your head is good enough.
Don't look anything up. If a number really matters, we'll figure it out. In your plan, you'll see for each number whether it was measured or whether it was your estimate.
Do you have just a minute? Then you can also choose Have only the technical aspects measured: three questions, no marketing questions. You’ll receive the assessment results along with our evaluation; the marketing plan is part of this comprehensive process.
At the end, we’ll ask for your work email address. This ensures your proposal reaches the right company, and we’d prefer that competing agencies not see it. If you only have a Gmail address, you can simply continue.
What is the address of your website?
This is optional, and you don't have to provide any information to use it. If you fill it out, you'll immediately see what we see.
What you'll notice right away here:
- Whether people can find you by your name and your field, both on Google and in AI-generated answers
- What Your Competitor Does That You Don't
- How fast your site loads on a phone, in seconds, compared to the standard
- Whether Google understands who you are and what you do, or just sees text and images
- Which of your pages Google knows about and which ones it skips
- Whether any links are broken, and whether there are errors on your site that you can't see yourself
- And what's in good condition and therefore doesn't need to be addressed
For each item, we list the standard we used to measure it and the date of the measurement. If your site has more than one language, we also check whether the translation lags behind the original.
We apply the same standards to our own site. The results are listed there, along with the date we resolved each issue. The issues include insufficient contrast on our menu links, buttons that are smaller than the minimum size, two h1 headings, and “admin22” listed as the author in our own source code.
Your plan so far
This fills in automatically as you enter your information. What’s written here will appear verbatim in your draft plan. We’ll research and calculate the rest.
Part 1: The First Ten
about 4 minutesWhat does your company do?
One sentence is enough. For example: We inspect industrial facilities for engineering firms and insurance companies.
Who do you work for?
How do you attract new customers these days?
Check off everything that applies. If you're not sure, choose what you think is right. If you don't know where your customers come from, you won't know what you're losing if something changes.

And which one is the most profitable?
One tap. This shows just how dependent you are on a single source.
What do you want to have accomplished in a year?
A maximum of three.
How many requests do you currently receive per month through your website?
Let us know what works best for you: a phone call, a form, or an email.
At business service providers, about 6 out of every 100 visitors make a request. More than half of them call instead of filling out a form. If you only count the forms, you’re missing out on about half the opportunities. Ruler Analytics, Conversion Rate Benchmarks, May 2026, 110 million sessions, 5 million conversions, 13 industries. Based on data from companies that already track their phone calls; we’ll measure it again for you.
And how certain is that?
What should a visitor do on your site?
Do you know how many visitors actually do that?
Why do customers choose you over a competitor?
Write down what you would say to a customer who is hesitant. This is the only answer we can't come up with on our own. For example: we're on time, the report is accurate, and our inspector knows what he's looking for.
Which assignments do you actually want to do less of?
Multiple answers are allowed. Without this question, improved searchability also attracts more of the wrong kind of work.
If someone asks ChatGPT who does this work in your area, do you think they'll mention you?
More and more people are typing something like this instead of Googling: “Which physical therapist in Zwolle is good for a running injury?” If you’re not listed there, that person won’t see you—even if you’re at the top of Google’s search results.
This isn't in Analytics, so most of the companies we speak with haven't looked into it yet. We'll look into it for you. We'll show you which questions we asked, which AI assistant we asked them to, on what date, and whether you were mentioned in the answer.
Which competitors do you often come across?
This is optional, and off the top of your head is fine. Just the names are enough. If you don't know them, skip this part—we'll look them up ourselves.
That's enough.
If you submit it now, you'll receive it within 48 hours on business days. If you'd like to refine the plan further, there are six more questions that will take about three minutes to answer. Just click through them—no typing required.
Part 2: Seven Additional Questions
About 3 minutes; click on everythingYour current website: what's going on there?
Multiple answers are allowed.
On average, how much profit do you make from each new customer?
It’s not about revenue, but what’s left at the end of the day: subtract the costs. If a customer returns more often, estimate it on an annual basis. A rough estimate is enough. Without this figure, we can’t calculate what an improvement is worth.
What have you been doing over the past year, and what did you get out of it?
Choose what you've done. A feeling is enough. You don't need to measure it.
Who handles the marketing?
What, in your opinion, should definitely not happen?
Multiple answers are allowed.
How much can you spend on this each month?
We use this solely to determine the scope of the plan. A proposal for €500 per month looks different from one for €5,000. It is not a price that we use to calculate a quote. Your plan will specify the assumption on which the scope is based, so you can see that we haven’t adjusted our calculations to fit your budget. If you don’t know yet, leave it blank.
Have you ever surveyed your customers to find out what they think of your website?
In the past, a customer panel cost thousands of euros and took weeks to set up. We build one consisting of four profiles that resemble your customers. We have them evaluate your page before it goes live. Afterward, we track what they report. A panel can make mistakes.
Anything else?
What should be different in twelve months? Feel free to skip this question.
Where should we send it?
three fieldsThis isn't an address on your own domain. That's fine, , but if you do have one, it would be better to host your project there.
Would you like us to measure it instead of estimating it?
Give us read access to your Google AnalyticsGoogle Analytics A free measurement tool from Google that tracks how many visitors your site has and what they do. and Search ConsoleGoogle Search Console A free service from Google that shows how your website is performing in search results.. That way, the baseline in your plan will be a measured figure rather than an assumption. Would you rather not? In that case, we’ll work with your estimates and note that accordingly.
